Kypwell: Well being Vegan Skincare Brand – Review
These past weeks have been such a roller-coaster ride. Like all of you, I had to quarantine for a few months, but also moved from Tel Aviv to Hannover (so exciting!), had to quarantine (again), started a new full-time job (on top of my full-time job with the blog) and have been trying to adjust to my new life. Sounds like a lot, huh? Well, it has been, and it’s been a bit tough for me to find balance in this crazy time. But there is one thing I haven’t been skipping every day and night, and that’s my skincare routine. Just taking ten minutes out of my day to do nothing but self-care has been helping me to disconnect and reconnect with myself — and I truly enjoy it.
Right when quarantine started back in March I was sent a few products to try from Kypwell, a wellbeing vegan skincare brand based in Cyprus. I loved the minimalistic milky glass bottles, the natural scents of the products, and more than anything, I adored their mission to create cruelty-free, vegan, highly-innovative and sustainable natural cosmetics. I tested a few products from their eco range for just over 4.5 months so I could properly review each one of them, as they are almost gone.

Reduce, Reuse, Recycle: Kypwell’s Sustainability
As part of Kypwell’s mission of educating people and helping them to reconnect with themselves and with nature, the brand launched their new reusable, refillable packaging made of 100% recycled cork which is made using leftovers from cork production, glass bottles, wood caps, and sugarcane. Kypwell’s entire product packaging can be recycled; the cork casing can be reused as a container or for planting and growing microgreens, and the pot can also be returned to the company for a discount on a customer’s next purchase. I use the cork packaging to store my jewelry 🙂
Kypwell has further cut down on the use of paper by replacing instruction leaflets with a QR code for additional information. While for their labels, when they do use paper, it is always recycled 🙂

Kypwell Product Review
Kypwell ‘Black Gold’ – Carob Face Mask
Possibly my top favorite product I’ve tried from Kypwell, the Black Gold mask contains a combination of peptides, holistic plant extracts, essential oils, and floral waters to regenerate and nourish your skin stimulating collagen production and support wound healing. The main ingredient in this mask is Carob, which is widely known for its regenerative properties. I noticed when I was using it that my skin felt more radiant, bright, and nourished. I use the mask once or twice a week, and also after laser treatments (so good after that!). A must-have face mask to use on a Sunday and calmly start the week with more radiant skin. Beware, you might scare some people around you while using it 😉
Kypwell Eternal Youth- Collagen and Elastin Booster
This serum is meant to increase the skin’s ability to produce collagen and hyaluronic acid, improve natural elasticity, and provide a youthful glow. It guards against inflammation, redness, and irritation caused by environmental aggressors. After using it each night, I noticed my skin was brighter and my whiteheads decreased. I massaged it into the skin using the Jade Roller and Gua Sha I got from Kypwell for an extra-fun skin-boosting experience.
Kypwell Complete Calm- Balancing Oil-Control Cream
Formulated to regulate oiliness, minimize pores, and soothe inflammation while promoting collagen production, this cream became a regular product in my daily skincare routine as it has a matte finish and a great light consistency for hot summer days. I use it mainly during the day and would recommend you to try it if you have normal-combination skin like mine.
Kypwell Touch of Silk: Neck & Décolleté Cream
This award-winning cream is packed with peptides, antioxidants, and omega-rich fatty acids to firm and nourish while preventing sagginess and lines. Sounds like a product I would need? No, but I was intrigued to try, as I’ve never used a specific cream for the neck and décolleté. Since I am in my 20s, I didn’t see much of a change or a difference in that area. That cream was nice, but is it a must-have for me? No, but maybe when I get a bit older 😉
After almost 5 months of using Kypwell products, I can happily and confidently recommend them to you if you are in the market for some new innovative, natural and effective sustainable skincare.
